I manage an estate and have worked with Fran on a few projects. He is one of my favorite contractors to work with. He is always on time and gets the job done quickly. He does not jump from job to job, leaving you with an unfinished job site. His team is professional and clean, they even bring their own microwave so they don't track dirt in the house.
